Sweetner and Health: Agave Syrup

Agave syrup is a fructose, 100% natural, amber color, sweet in flavor, that is obtained from agave plants. It has 25% more sweetening power than commercial sugar (sucrose) and has a low glycemic index (GI).

It is ideal as a natural Sweetener in food and drinks.

Diabetics can consume it without altering their sugar index.
